The MLB All-Star break kicked off yesterday with Jordan Walker from St. Louis clinching the home run derby. He hit 12 home runs in the final round, totaling 31 across three rounds—just edging out Kyle Schwarber by one home run.
Tonight, it’s the much-anticipated Midsummer Classic.
Set to start at 8 PM ET, the 2026 MLB All-Star Game will showcase many of baseball’s top stars, both on the field and from the sidelines. Fan voting will determine the starting position players for both the National League and American League, which will converge in New York for the game.
The Yankees have two representatives in the American League: first baseman Ben Rice and outfielder Cody Bellinger. Representing the National League is Mets left fielder Juan Soto.
