Hungary Amends Constitution to Say People Are Either a ‘Man or Woman’

Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban’s government officially acknowledged the scientific fact that the country’s constitution only has two genders.

The 15th amendment to the Hungarian Constitution was overwhelmingly ratified this week by Ors Zaggiles Parliament in Budapest, with a margin of 140 votes in favor of 21 votes. Magyarnemzet It has been reported.

An amendment added to the Basic Act to prevent the spread of the far left ideology surrounding gender stated that people are “male or female.”

It solidified the government’s ability to ban public LGBT demonstrations such as the Pride Parade, saying the amendment would “precede Congress’ rights,” giving police new powers to shut down such events that the government banned last month.

Constitutional provisions protecting physical, mental and moral development take precedence over all other fundamental rights, except for the right to life.

The 15th amendment also affects other areas of civil society, which will entitle the Hungarians to pay for goods and services in cash.

There may be an increasing number of efforts in Europe and elsewhere to enact central bank digital currency (CBDC).

Furthermore, the law allows the government to strip double citizens of Hungarian passports if it is deemed a threat to public order or national security. Those who remove their citizenship are eligible for deportation from the country.

Finally, the amendment also formally sets the constitutional prohibiting the production, promotion, sales or use of illegal drugs in Hungary.

Prime Minister Victor Orban commenting on the passage of the bill I said“We protect the development of children, making sure that people are born either male or female and are standing firm against drugs and foreign interference. In Hungary, common sense is important.”

Balaz Orban, the Prime Minister’s political director; I said: “These measures respond to the growing liberal pressure to dismantle the foundations of family, normalcy and national identity. They cannot be negotiated in Hungary. They defend them not only in policy but also in the constitution.”

The bill was passed with overwhelming support, but members of the Fussy Party on the far left once again protested in Congress and used whi to show their digging. Last month, when the Pride March ban passed, momentum members sparked a smoke bomb in the legislative room.

Hungary’s constitutional change is a further sour relationship between Budapest and Brussels, with the EU previously authorizing the Orban government by withholding some of the laws that prevented LGBT ideologies from being promoted on schools and in television.
