After a California wildfire broke him and he couldn't continue the 2023 lawsuit he filed, Biden's claims for $3 million rental home hunter is now “invalid” – even if all the houses around it burn on the ground, it looks unharmed.
The former eldest son, 55, lived in a four-bedroom Malibu home with his wife Melissa and son Beau.
Wildfire claimed in a motion filed Wednesday in federal court in California that it “cannot condemn” property “long-term and irrational.”
“Like many others in such circumstances, [Hunter] “As a submission, it was difficult to make a living, and at the same time it was difficult to find a new permanent place to live.”
The current photo shows the house still standing, but the rest of the neighborhood was hit by a torn fire all over Los Angeles for much of January.
It was not immediately clear whether the house was still invisible, such as the heat and smoke of nearby fires.
Hunter stripped his financial hardship naked as he urged the judge to stop the laptop hacking case he filed against former Trump's White House aide Garrett Ziegler.
He claimed debt, reduced sales of his artwork and memoirs, preventing him from “litigating this case.”
“So [Hunter] He must focus his time and resources on dealing with his relocation, his fire damage and his family's living expenses in contrast to this lawsuit,” court documents charged.
He argued that his tragic financial situation was only “immortalized” by a fatal fire.
At the time of the fire, then-President Joe Biden said he was not sure whether his son Hunter's estate survived Inferno.
“It's amazing what's going on,” Biden said Jan. 8th. Briefing on flames.
“There's only one good news. My son lives here and in his wife. They were informed yesterday that their home was probably burned to the ground. Today it still looks like it's standing, but I'm not sure.”
Hunter has rented at least three facilities in California since 2021.
In 2021, he and his wife rented the property in Venice Beach overlooking the Grand Canal, but the couple was accused of leaving $25,000 a month in chaos, allegedly causing the owner to stiffen with rent.
In an interview with e-musician Moby last year, Biden Scion, who still enjoys secrecy of protecting services, accused Malibu pad of “doxxed” in an “aerial photo” that was “published on the front page.”
“A description of the house photos, addresses, aerial views of the house, inside the house from a real estate agent, providing an online home that you know, and a description of where you can see floor-to-ceiling windows on the road where we lived,” he told the “Natural Blues” hitmaker.
Hunter also claimed that within 36 hours, “people who were wearing bull hats, most people, most people, most people, men, and most people, most people, men, and most people, all started to pound at the front door.”
“We moved in the middle of the night,” he insisted.
Archive reviews revealed that the post never published a photo of his house on the home page, and reports from the same period did not release MAGA's protests or the publication of the address.
Hunter's lawyer declined to comment.
