Britain's Charlie Hull, a rising star in LPGA golf and a female golfer ranked 12th in the world, has confessed that she would rather see President-elect Donald Trump run the country than left-wing Labor Party leader Sir Keir Starmer.
The golfer was recently seen performing a card dance during the final round of Annika against the world's top female golfer, Nelly Korda.
Thursday, FOX News report Hull talked about dancing and her feelings about the president-elect, calling him “amazing” and a “legend.”
“I love Trump. I think he's great,” Hull said at the CME Group Tour Championship in Tiburon. “I like that he just says things. He doesn't care what people think, and he gets straight to the point.”
Mr Hull went so far as to say that he would prefer Mr Trump to lead his home country of the UK rather than Mr Starmer.
“I wish he had been the head of England,” she added. “I just like him as a person. He's a little bit better than our prime minister.”
Mr Starmer became president in July this year after his Labor Party won a majority in parliament.
Labor's victory ended 14 years of Conservative rule and gave it the smallest electoral share of any majority government since popular vote records began in 1830.
