ICE agents set to be present at the Super Bowl following Bad Bunny's announcement, according to Lewandowski

According to Corey Lewandowski, an advisor to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is planning to attend the 2026 Super Bowl.

“There’s just no place to provide safe shelter for undocumented individuals within this country. The Super Bowl is as good a place as any,” Lewandowski stated on “The Benny Show” on Wednesday.

“We’ll find you. We’ll detain you. We’ll send you to a facility and deport you. This is a very real possibility under this administration,” he added.

The NFL announced that Bad Bunny, a three-time Grammy winner, will headline the halftime show for the upcoming Super Bowl in Santa Clara, California.

“What I feel transcends myself. It’s about my people, my culture, and our history,” Bad Bunny said in a statement released Sunday.

Last month, Bad Bunny expressed concerns regarding performing in the U.S. during his world tour, with worries about an ICE presence at his shows, according to an interview with ID Magazine.

“There was an issue with my concerts. We discussed it and it was a significant concern for me,” the artist shared.

Lewandowski, who was Trump’s campaign manager during the 2016 election, criticized the NFL for its choice of Bad Bunny as a performer for the halftime show next year.

“It’s embarrassing that they selected someone who seemingly dislikes America to represent them during such a prominent event,” he remarked.

“I attended the Super Bowl with President Trump last year and had the chance to see the game from his box in Louisiana. It was a great experience,” he continued. “But we should be aiming for inclusion, not exclusion. There are so many talented artists who can unite people rather than create division.”

“Whether it’s a concert featuring Johnny Smith or Bad Bunny or someone else, we’ll be executing our plans everywhere. Keeping Americans safe is the priority, according to the president,” he concluded.
