US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently arrested an illegal Texas immigrant who wanted murder in Guatemala.
Dennis Alexander Valenzuela, 37, was arrested on Jan. 31 at her Fort Worth, Texas home, according to an ICE statement.

“Our executives pursue criminal foreigners who try to hide in the shadows of our community every day,” said Joshua Johnson, director of the field office at Ice Dallas. “This individual anxiety and pending removal underscores our dedication to observing the laws of our country and protecting our communities.”
Valenzuela, a native of Guatemala, entered the United States on June 16, 2021 in or near Hidalgo, Texas, and without immigration testing, admission or parole by hospitalized officers, according to ICE.

US military flight surveillance aircraft for reconnaissance missions along the Mexican and southern borders
Officials noted that US Border Patrol agents encountered Valenzuela on the same day and provided him with a notice to appear in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Valenzuela will be housed in a pending deletion procedure at the Prairiland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, according to the statement.
