More than 20 undocumented immigrants convicted of at least one child sex crime were deported in October, according to ICE's ERO Houston field office.
The 25 child sex offenders deported last month include undocumented immigrants with gang ties, multiple deportations, and multiple convictions for various crimes.
“The 25 noncitizens ERO Houston removed last month entered the country illegally and continued to prey on the innocence and vulnerability of children,” ERO Houston Field Office Director Brett Bradford said in a news release.
Authorities did not release the names of the offenders, but did provide details about the 10 people who were deported.
