HOUSTON, Texas – Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations Officers have deported a 58-year-old Mexican national accused of raping a child in his home country. Illegal aliens from Mexico entered the United States illegally four times.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) transported Nestor Flores Encarnacion from the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, Texas to the Juarez Lincoln Bridge in Laredo, Texas. Elo officers walked a man who illegally entered the United States four times across a bridge to Mexico. Officers transferred custody of the prisoners to Mexican authorities.
“This foreign fugitive entered the United States in violation of our nation's laws on four separate occasions to avoid prosecution in Mexico for allegedly raping a child,” Elo said. – said Brett A. Flores entered the United States illegally on February 16, 2002, near Rome, Texas. U.S. Border Patrol arrested Flores and voluntarily returned him to Mexico on February 17, 2002. He voluntarily returned to Mexico the same day.
Flores illegally entered the United States for a fourth time on an unknown date and at an unknown location.
Deportation officers arrested Flores on August 23, 2024, after learning of his presence at a residence in Houston. Officers were alerted that Flores was wanted in Veracruz, Mexico for an alleged rape of a child.
Officers placed Flores in removal proceedings, and an immigration judge granted him voluntary removal on Dec. 19.
