Illegal Accused of Sexually Assaulting 11-Yr-Old Girl After Being Freed into U.S. by Biden’s DHS

An illegal alien recently released into the United States from the southern border has been charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Marvin Perez Lopez, 20, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, was arrested. Paid Charges of kidnapping and sexual assault of a minor under 13 by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

According to police, on May 2, the victim’s mother noticed that her daughter was not inside her apartment and went looking for her. She found her daughter in a van with a man, later identified as Lopez, who lived in the same building.

After the victim’s mother banged on the window of the van, Lopez jumped out and apologized, police said. The woman said she did not immediately call police because she was concerned about her immigration status.

Police were eventually alerted to the incident and interviewed an 11-year-old girl who said Lopez had forced her into the van. The girl said the illegal alien began touching her, and the girl responded by shoving her.

The girl said she tried to escape from the van, but Lopez grabbed her and sexually assaulted her. When police arrived at Lopez’s home the next day, he attempted to evade arrest.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Lopez crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in January. He was given a date to appear before an immigration judge in 2027 and was released from Homeland Security (DHS) custody to the interior of the United States.

Lopez remains in the Palm Beach County Jail without bail.
