Illegal alien accused of raping 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in NYC park

Officers then took photos of the suspect on his bike and posted them on fliers and on social media in the hopes that someone would recognize him.

Old-fashioned police work paid off: Residents realized he was living in an immigrant shelter and made plans to arrest him when the opportunity arose.
