A man living in the United States illegally has been accused of raping an Alabama teenager last month.
On February 20, 23-year-old Pablo Mendoza is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl in Enterprise, Alabama, a city of about 30,000 people just north of Florida’s Panhandle. Not only is the alleged victim quite young; official She claims she was unable to consent because she was “physically incapacitated or mentally incapacitated.”
On Monday, Corporate Police arrested Mendoza and charged him with first-degree rape, a felony punishable by up to life in prison. Her girlfriend, Ms. Mendoza, was booked into the Coffee County Jail, where she is being held without bail. He is scheduled for a pretrial detention hearing next week.
Several report Although Mendoza is listed as a “resident” of Enterprise, Coffee County Sheriff Scott Byrd confirmed that Mendoza is in the country illegally, WDHN-TV reported. Byrd added that Mendoza will be deported once the case is fully adjudicated.Mendoza’s country of origin is unknown and it is not clear when he entered the United States
Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) claimed that at least some of the blame for the rape allegations lies at Biden’s feet. “@JoeBiden is aiding and abetting these monsters. #SayHerName,” Tuberville tweeted from his X account.
Mendoza is not the only illegal immigrant who may have sexually assaulted a person with cognitive disabilities. Last September, Pierre Lucard Emile, 31, an undocumented immigrant from Haiti, was arrested in Boston, Massachusetts, on suspicion of raping a developmentally disabled person, as Blaze News previously reported.
ICE’s removal operation in Boston ordered Emile to be placed in immigration detention, but a Massachusetts state court chose to ignore it and released Emile on the street in November. ICE arrested him without incident two months later.
Recent high-profile crimes attributed to illegal immigrants include the murder of 22-year-old Laken Riley in Georgia last month and the murder of 25-year-old Ruby Garcia in Michigan over the weekend. Also included.
