U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Texas has repatriated a Mexican national from Houston who was wanted in his home country for child rape.
ICE announced in a news release that illegal alien Nestor Flores Encarnacion, 58, was returned to Mexico on Thursday.
Flores, who is wanted for child rape in the Mexican state of Veracruz, has entered the United States illegally four times.
On Thursday, ICE deportation agents transported Flores to the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge in Laredo, Texas, where he was transferred to the custody of Mexican authorities.

“This alien fugitive brazenly entered the United States in violation of our laws on four separate occasions to avoid prosecution in Mexico for the rape of a child,” ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) said. said Brett A. Bradford, director of the Houston field office. “Dangerous alien fugitives and criminal aliens accused of or who have committed heinous crimes such as child sexual assault will not be able to find safe haven in Southeast Texas.”
According to ICE, Flores illegally entered the United States near Rome, Texas, on February 16, 2002, was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol the next day, and returned to Mexico.
However, he returned to the United States a few days later on February 20, 2002, and again two days later on February 22, 2002. Both were arrested by Border Patrol agents and voluntarily returned to Mexico the same day, ICE said.

Flores re-entered the country a fourth time, at an unknown location and date.
On August 23, 2024, ERO Houston deportation officers were notified that Mr. Flores may be residing in the Houston area and arrested Mr. Flores at his residence in Houston.
ERO Houston was also notified that Flores was wanted in Mexico on rape charges.

After his arrest, Flores underwent immigration inspection, and on December 19, 2024, he was allowed to leave the country voluntarily by an immigration judge from the Department of Justice.
“Our immigration officials work tirelessly in the Houston area to locate and apprehend illegal aliens who pose a threat to public safety, national security, and border security, and to ensure that they are returned to their countries of origin. , we will not rest until it is no longer a threat to the nation's community,'' Bradford said.
