The two illegal aliens have been accused of breaking into a woman's home in Garner, North Carolina, demanding money from her husband and luring her and a baby girl.
Paola Duran Duran, an illegal alien, 25, and Miguel Angel Duran Duran, 23, are Arrest He was charged with two counts of first and second attempts by the Garner Police Department.
Police say the illegal foreign siblings broke into the family's residence with firearms and demanded $1 million. When the woman's husband refused, they allegedly tied him down and invited the woman and the couple's 11-month-old daughter.
The woman, along with her daughter, was able to escape from nearby residents and ask for help.
The third suspect, Mexican national Eleodro “Leo” Estrada Hernandez, has continued to flee law enforcement and has been appointed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Estrada Hernandez is charged with two counts of first-degree tricks, one count of two-degree tricks, one count of felony possession of a firearm and two-count assault by referring to a firearm.
