The illegal immigrant convicted of killing a young California couple in a horrifying, drunken car accident could potentially return to the streets this summer after offering a small portion of his sentence and bringing the victim’s relatives to life.
“That’s disgusting,” said Anatoly Valforomev, father of 19-year-old Anya Valforomev, who was burned alive with her boyfriend Nikolay Osokin on the deadly shipwreck in Orange County in November 2021. Fox News.
“You’ve got nothing to kill two productive American citizens of the future, in an incredible future. Will the illegal immigrants who have already been deported twice, be released again?” the furious father told the outlet. “What’s it for? If he’s deported, he’ll come back.”
Oscar Eduardo Ortega Anguiano, 43, was an illegal Mexican immigrant who was driving drunk at nearly 100 mph when he slammed the young couple’s car on the 405 highway, authorities said.
In 2022, he was convicted of two counts of general vehicle manslaughter while still sentenced to 10 years intoxicated.
California revised records show that he is being held at a California Medical Facility in Vacaville but is eligible for parole in July.
Ortega Anguiano was deported from the US in 2016, but returned illegally in February 2018 by presenting fake documents near Otai Mesa, California, but was rebooted four months later, Fox News reported.
He was at one point behind the wheels of a speeding car when he crossed the border again and killed Barbolomev and Osokin.
President Trump’s border emperor Tom Homan vowed to take the immigrants this week and fight to expel him the moment he leaves prison.
“I’ll work together [Homeland Security] Secretary [Kristi] Gnomes about this case, and I assure you, if they don’t respect the detainees, we’ll have an ice agent outside the facility to take custody of this individual and deport him,” Homan told Fox.
