Two illegal immigrants have been arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida, in connection with the sex trafficking of a 15-year-old girl from New York City, authorities announced Monday.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said in a press conference that detectives were investigating the case after receiving an anonymous tip about a teenage runaway who was missing since September 12th and believed to be the victim of a sex trafficking operation. He said it had started.
Investigators tracked the minor using commercial sex ads and initiated communications as a ruse to get the minor back. Detectives found the minor at a Motel 6 in Riviera Beach. She suggested that two people involved in sex trafficking were two or three doors down.
Investigators say the victims were recruited in New York City and trafficked to Florida to perform sex acts for money. Officials say she was forced to perform sex acts at least 10 times.

Yenile Carolina Pache Colleton, a 33-year-old Colombian national, and Enielberto Blanco, a 27-year-old previously deported Venezuelan national, were both arrested in connection with teen sex trafficking.
“How is it possible that he's out on bail from New York for attempted murder and then arrested for drug trafficking in Miami and still walking around?” Sheriff Rick Bradshaw said of Blanco. spoke. “That's disrespectful.”
Bradshaw said the sex trafficking is believed to be connected to gangs in Venezuela, but authorities are still investigating.

“The family is angry that they shouldn't be here for something like this,” the sheriff said.
Bradshaw said Colleton and Blanco will not be released under his supervision.
“I can tell you one thing, everyone,” he said. “The woman here and this man involved in this case, their asses are staying in my prison. They're not coming out.”
