shown Before his release in 2016, Hetke said he was still “considered a felon with a high probability of reoffending.”
As suspected by WCSD, Hetke once again preyed on innocent people.
In 2019, Adam was convicted of second- and fourth-degree sexual assault. Despite the obvious danger to the community, he was let loose again.
Around the time Hetke was released from prison in 2020, the Waukesha Police Department issued a warning that Hetke was beginning to “identify as transgender” and could become homeless.
A few months later, Hedke began attacking particularly vulnerable people.

report In July 2021, Hetke was charged with first-degree sexual assault with threat of use of a dangerous weapon and second-degree sexual assault of a mentally ill victim. His rape victim was a 16-year-old mentally retarded girl he met at a gas station in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on July 6th.
Hetke brandished a knife, claimed to be a vampire and told the girl he would bite her if she did not follow his instructions. He followed her home, continued to threaten her with knife violence, and brutally raped her minor.
Police arrested Hetke after the rape, noting that he was wearing a one-piece swimsuit under his clothes and was still holding a knife.
New rape conviction and murder trial
Hetke was found competent to stand trial and not guilty of insanity. He was found guilty on both charges on April 11, and sentencing is scheduled for June 7.
However, this time it looks like he may end up spending even more time in prison.
Hetke is charged in connection with the murder of Vidale Thompson Moody, who he allegedly killed several months ago.

report Thompson Moody, a 28-year-old cognitively impaired man who lived in the Concordia neighborhood on Milwaukee’s west side, was strangled to death on April 25, 2021.
His mother, Serena Thompson, said the victim was initially not expected to live past the age of three. But he defied all expectations and enriched his community by participating in the Special Olympics, working as a peacemaker like his pastor grandfather, and even ensuring safety. Prior to his death, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Thompson-Moody’s body was discovered by police at the residence where Hetke lived with two other people. There was a 15-foot electrical cord under the victim’s body, and marks were found on both his neck and forehead.
One of two witnesses who were said to have been with Hetke at the time of the alleged murder told police that Hetke had invited Thompson-Moody to come to his home. When the victim arrived, the criminal complaint states Hetke was ordering and bullying the victim.
There are varying accounts of what happened next, but Hetke is accused of tightening the cord around the victim’s neck while claiming to have removed the evil spirit from her body. Hetke apparently gave one witness the impression that he could inject demons into people’s bodies.
A female witness claimed that Hetke was disrespectful to her, tried to kill the victim, and made multiple attempts to strangle Thompson-Moody before other residents went to bed.
Despite his formal denials, Hedtke apparently bragged to witnesses that he had killed Thompson-Moody after he was released from prison. report post.
“I killed him. God can’t bring him back, but I can because I’m the devil,” Hetke said, according to the criminal complaint.
Mr. Hetke was not officially implicated in the murder case until after he raped a 16-year-old girl in Waukesha.
daily mail shown It took Selina Thompson to actively pursue and interview witnesses in order to finally get police to rearrest Hedke.
“It hurts that they let this person go and commit another crime,” Selina Thompson told the Journal Sentinel. “It could have been prevented.”
