There's a new way to consume chicken noodle soup this cold and flu season.
Progresso announced last week that it had launched a hard candy version of its chicken noodle soup called Soup Drops, but the soup-flavored candies quickly sold out. But the company assured curious customers that the candy would be back soon.
“Well, this is a big bummer…our Soup Drops sold out before we could let you know,” Progresso said in an Instagram post on Jan. 16.

The company added that Soup Drops will be restocked on its website this Thursday at 9am.
Progresso's “suckable soup” is touted as “the ultimate comfort during cold and flu season,” the company said in a Jan. 16 news release.
