(AFP) – Casandra Ventura testified that she had an intimate encounter with a male escort while Sean Combs watched and masturbated.
She mentioned that if she ignored his calls, his associates would track her down.
Should she fail to comply with his demands, she feared severe repercussions.
When she finally saw the pop star, referred to in court as “Diddy,” it was the first time in years.
Ventura, who was heavily pregnant with her third child, was a key witness in a trial where prosecutors accused Combs of involvement in criminal trafficking rings.
Attired in a long brown turtleneck dress and a camel coat, Ventura told the jury about her first encounter with Combs at the age of 19, after signing a 10-album deal with his record label.
Despite their 17-year age gap, she recounted that Combs kissed her on his 21st birthday.
They continued discussing her musical career, which eventually led to a sexual relationship. Now 55, Combs has faced significant legal challenges.
“I wanted to be around Sean for the same reasons everyone else did at that time,” the 38-year-old testified. “He was exciting and fun, and he held my career in his hands.”
Through her extensive testimony, Ventura eventually fell for Combs, yet felt pressured to engage in what she described as a “freak-off.”
“I was humiliated,” she recalled, her voice breaking as her husband listened from the gallery. “I couldn’t share it with anyone.”
Combs instructed her to use drugs prior to these encounters with male escorts, and she remarked on feeling detached due to their expense.
When the prosecutor asked if she ever tried to halt the “freak-off,” Ventura admitted her attempts were futile.
“Sean is polarizing and incredibly charming,” she shared. “It can be hard to know what you need when he’s telling you what he wants.”

The defense attorney aimed to argue that Ventura was a consenting adult involved in unconventional activities.
However, Ventura depicted these encounters as highly choreographed at Combs’ request.
He insisted on specific outfits, and she mentioned a bizarre incident where he directed her to enter an inflatable pool filled with lubricant while wearing lingerie.
These orchestrated sex parties reportedly took place in various locations, including Ibiza and the Turks & Caicos, as well as in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Atlanta.
“Honestly, if you name a place, we likely did it there,” she said.
Drugs, she noted, were often “humiliating” and used to help cope with uncomfortable sexual experiences.
Towards the end of her testimony, Ventura recounted a particularly violent incident in a Los Angeles hotel, where Combs tried to force her into a “freak-off” as she attempted to escape.
The judge had previously seen footage during the trial, which illustrated the physical abuse Ventura had endured over the past decade.
When Combs became upset, she observed that his demeanor changed dramatically. “The man I loved was no longer there,” she said.
“Just making the wrong face,” Ventura recalled, “would provoke him.”
