At 31, Bailey has built a substantial following, sharing motivational content on topics like life, finances, and relationships. He recently discussed his journey and the inspiration behind his work.
By 2023, his social media presence has expanded significantly, highlighted by a planning video he created with his wife, Samantha, which drew millions of viewers. Currently, Bailey has over 427,000 followers on Instagram and more than 94,000 on TikTok.
In their 2023 strategy video, the couple outlined their goals for the year ahead. Surprisingly, Bailey remarked, he never anticipated the video going viral.
“I thought, why not document this process? Maybe it can help others in their marriages or in reconciling,” Bailey shared.
Reflecting on his challenging upbringing, he noted that personal experiences led him to create other planning videos with his wife, motivated by their shared commitment to growth. Bailey described his childhood as tumultuous, explaining, “My mom was just 15 when she had me and my dad wasn’t around, which made things pretty unstable for us. We moved around a lot.”
With his story, Bailey aims to show that achieving the American Dream is possible for everyone and emphasizes the necessity of taking risks.
“Going through that, I understood that taking risks is like having a superpower,” he said. “It’s about stepping out of your comfort zone, even when you’ve never experienced it before.”
For Bailey, those risks included joining the military, marrying at a young age, and earning four college degrees.
He also mentioned that pursuing higher education was risky for him, considering that neither of his parents graduated high school.
Bailey found ways to weave his personal story into engaging content. “By showcasing my journey—my past and present—I began to help others, which I’m now totally devoted to,” he explained.
He hopes that his marriage illustrates the power of commitment, believing that “two are stronger than one.” Faith has also been a crucial foundation for him.
“Throughout my childhood, I always felt safe,” he said. “I believe God had a purpose for all those experiences.” Bailey recalls leaning on his faith during tough times, noting how it has shaped his life and enabled him to collaborate with major brands and speak at various events.
