Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee has allowed former President Donald Trump to continue prosecuting former President Donald Trump in his Georgia election interference case, even though District Attorney Fani Willis clearly lied under oath.
McAfee determined that Willis’ relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade did not prove to be a conflict of interest sufficient to remove her from the case.
However, the judge found it unreasonable and said either Willis and his firm would leave the case or Wade would withdraw from the case.
“Have you ever seen a perjury case so obvious?” Glenn asked, surprised by the verdict.
“Everyone on the planet knows she was lying,” agrees Stu Bruguiere.
Glenn clearly believes it was cheating.
“No sane person would ever think of something like that, so it’s cheating. No way,” Glenn says.
“So, how can you think this is simply a manifestation of cheating?” Stu asks.
Had Wade and Willis been honest about their relationship, it would have been a much smaller deal.
“They were willing to take a stand and lie, and they did lie,” Glenn says.
“There is no way she will ever be in power,” he continued. “That’s why she should be disbarred from practicing law. If lawyers could get away with it, there would be no law.”
