Even though the NBA star got a late start this season, work is progressing rapidly on LeBron James’ luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills.
Recent images show a crew actively engaged in building as the new home takes form.
James bought this property in 2020 for $37 million, situated around twelve miles from the Crypto.com Arena. Construction of his new wall kicked off in 2023 after some old structures were cleared and necessary permits were secured.
While the project was initially moving slowly, the new photos highlight noticeable advancements.
This estate actually includes two mansions, each packed with extravagant features that the NBA’s all-time leading scorer might desire.
Plans indicate the larger mansion will have two stories and offer 7,700 square feet of underground parking, along with a pool, spa, and incredible views of Los Angeles.
There’s even mention of an outdoor kitchen and solar panels that could provide all necessary power.
The smaller home is set to feature both hot and cold plunge pools.
Security for both houses appears to be a priority, with 10-foot fences, a high-tech alarm system, and a guard station at the beginning of a long driveway planned.
As for when LeBron will officially move in, no details have been disclosed yet. However, there’s some chatter about his eldest son, Bronny, possibly occupying the smaller mansion once LeBron is settled.
On the basketball front, LeBron kicked off the 2025-26 season on Tuesday night, aiding the Los Angeles Lakers in a 140-126 victory over the Utah Jazz with 11 points, 3 rebounds, and 12 assists to his name.
