Insurance Giant Not Budging to Help Fire Victims Avoid ‘The List’ to Collect Personal Property Payouts

California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara has released a list of insurers who have agreed to grant victims more than 75% coverage without creating a “list” of their belongings. State Farm is not one of them.

State Farm, that I'll express it 20% of the California market, It was dropped Over 1,000 local policyholders have been under special scrutiny for their clients in the months, weeks and even days when Palisades fired on January 7th.

Earlier this week, state farm executives were fired after being exposed to James O'Keefe's OMG News, expressing their views that, among other things, no home should be built in Pallisard, the Pacific in the first place.

Also, rather than compiling an itemized list of belongings first, state farms resisted allowing fire victims who suffered complete loss of their homes and possessions to collect 100% of the value of their personal property.

The process of itemization known as a “list” is explained By New York Times As an “expensive tension.”

After California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara encouraged insurers to pay 100% of their personal property range, some companies complied, with some offering at least 75%. However, the state farm remained stuck at 50%.

Lala at the press conference I said: “Reducing red tape and paying claims is what policyholders need right now. They need insurance companies to bring money back to wildfire survivors' pockets so they can meet this unprecedented moment and rebuild their lives as quickly as possible.”

Lala has also been released table It detailed which companies agreed to pay at least 75%, but that wasn't the case. State Farm was one of the insurers in the “NOT” column.

State farms and other insurance companies have cancelled their policies and left the state thanks to California's own IXNSurance regulations.
