Intense Discussion: Sara Gonzales challenges H-1B sponsor about suspected unlawful business actions

Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez has returned with a report regarding alleged H-1B visa fraud in Texas, her home state.

After multiple attempts to reach Great America Technologies—a company in Plano, Texas that sponsors several H-1B workers—Sarah had difficulty since the company’s phone number and website were inactive. Eventually, she managed to contact the owner.

This led to a tense situation.

“Let me explain more about this company,” she said. “They were established in 2017 with directors from Andhra Pradesh, India. They reportedly relocated to Razor Boulevard in 2019, but by 2024, the previous owner, Lakshmi Bogra, was removed from the board along with another individual, and Nagarjuna Reddy Sakam was appointed as a shareholder and director,” she elaborated.

“Upon further investigation, we concluded that Nagarjuna, the new director, is actually married to Lakshmi, the former director. So, we might have a scenario here where an H-1B/H-4 dependency occurs—like a woman establishing a business that is really managed by her husband on an H-1B visa,” she continued.

In a subsequent segment of the video, Sarah visited Nagarjuna’s home.

After inquiring about empty offices and out-of-service contact information, Sarah requested to see the public access files and pressed him on the number of H-1B employees he sponsored, as per USCIS data.

This confrontation escalated, with Nagarjuna insisting he didn’t employ as many H-1B workers as the USCIS records indicated and claiming the public files were now housed in a different location in Frisco, Texas.

When Sarah mentioned visiting that site for the files, Nagarjuna accused her of “making up nonsense.”

“Who came here to ask this?” he shouted.

“Who’s the real issue here? You think it’s problematic that I’m investigating fraud?” Sarah countered.

She expressed her skepticism about Nagarjuna’s activities, questioning, “If everything’s above board, why are you worried about me rooting out fraud?”

Then, she asked who had been managing the company before Nagarjuna obtained his green card and took ownership.

The response was simply, “It’s me,” followed by, “[he and his wife] are both running [the business].”

“That’s not permissible. How can you operate a business while also being the one doing work under the H-1B rules?” Sarah challenged.

“You’re admitting to running a revenue-generating establishment, which breaches H-1B regulations,” she pressed further.

As the exchange drew to a close, Nagarjuna threatened to sue for being recorded without consent, while Sarah asserted she would report the company.
