President Donald Trump's recent threat to Tehran over sponsoring the Houthis has been supported in the report, claiming that a well-placed source has confirmed that one of the most senior commanders of the IRGC's QUDS forces, an elite branch of the Iranian military, will “command directly on Houthi activities.”

Iran is trying to strengthen its “abused deterrence” in response to Trump's threat to the Houssis, experts say

Khamenei personally oversees all Houthi “political and military matters” first approved by his administration, edited by the Paris-based National Council on Resistance of Iran (NCRI) and according to a report originally obtained by Fox News Digital.

“According to reports received from within the IRGC, Khamenei personally emphasizes the importance of the Houthi attack and the need to send weapons and equipment to IRGC commanders and regime personnel for Houthis,” the report said.

Amid the war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Israel's campaign against Lebanon's Hezbollah, the weakening of Iran's “axis of resistance” and the collapse of Syria's Bashar al-Assad regime led Tehran to rely on proxies in Iraq and Yemen.

More 100 Attacks On October 7, 2023, commercial transports have been violated by the Houthi army since Hamas' terrorist attacks on Israel, sparking a response from surrounding terrorist networks, including Hezbollah.

Exchanges of missile and drone fires by both the Houtis and the US military escalated this week when terrorist networks threatened to renew the strikes of Israeli ships after Jerusalem cut off humanitarian assistance heading to the Gaza Strip this month.

President Trump responded by pledging “overwhelming, deadly force” until Houthi's attacks halted, warning Iran that he was “completely accountable” to the attack.

A strike was released by a naval ship.

“[IRGC Brig. Gen. Abdolreza] Shahlai is responsible for all military, political and economic issues related to the administration's intervention in Yemen, including all Houthi operations and attacks,” the report said, pointing to a close relationship with the former commander of the QUDS force who was killed in Iraq in 2020 on President Trump's order.

The report also found that the Iranian embassy in Yemen is currently in “full control” of the QUDS forces.

It is not necessarily unheard of for the Intelligence News factory to work at embassies overseas, but the report said it could not find evidence that Iranian foreign ministry officials are in the embassy in Yemen.

The Iranian embassy in Sanaa, Yemen, did not respond to questions from Fox News Digital.

“Murah's regime is the root cause of regional wars and instability, maintained through home repression and exports of terrorism and foreign conflicts,” Ali Safabi, a member of the NCRI Foreign Affairs Committee, told Fox News Digital. “The only viable solution to the Iranian crisis is the overthrow of the regime by the people of Iran.”

“A critical international policy against Iran must recognize and support the legitimacy of Iran's resistance, ban the IRGC as a terrorist entity, activate the UN Security Council snapback mechanism, and support the fight against the unit of resistance regime,” he added.
