Iran Rejects Talks with U.S.; Trump Threatens Bombing as ‘Never Seen Before’

Iran refused to talks with the US on Sunday. President Donald Trump threatened to bomb the nation that supports terrorism, saying he had never seen it before, in order to prevent it from becoming a nuclear militants.

Trump said he had sent a letter to the so-called Islamic Republic's “supervisor leader” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in early March, suggesting direct consultations on Iran's nuclear program to prevent military conflict.

After Iran-backed by Yemeni Iran, Hooti rebels continued launching missiles in Israel and continuing international transport with the US navy in the Red Sea, Trump said Iran is directly responsible for its deputies' actions.

Associated Press It has been reported Here's what Iran rejected Trump's offer and what Trump threatened to bomb in response:

The Islamic Republic said on Sunday that it refused to directly negotiate with the US over a rapidly moving forward nuclear program, and provided Tehran's first response to a letter sent by President Donald Trump to the country's top leader.

President Masuud Pezeshkian said Iran's response, which took place through the Omani sultan, revealed the possibility of indirect negotiations with Washington.

The White House, the State Department and other officials did not present an immediate response to the announcement. But before Pezeshkian's comments, Trump said he had been considering military action and secondary tariffs if Iran did not agree to the nuclear deal.

“If they don't make a deal, there's going to be bombing and bombing things they've never seen before,” Trump said in a comment aired Sunday by NBC News.

Iran has no effective air defense after it was largely destroyed by Israel in retaliation for last year's ballistic missile attacks. Iran is probably gambling that Trump will not dare to continue on the threat of recent military action.
