Britain’s new foreign secretary once called Trump a “sociopath with neo-Nazi sympathies.”

In a 2018 op-ed for Time magazine, Britain’s new Labour foreign secretary called then-President Trump a “sociopath with neo-Nazi sympathies.”

David Lammy, the Labour MP for Tottenham, was appointed Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Secretary on Friday following Labour’s victory in the parliamentary elections.

Historic UK general election sees Keir Starmer sworn in as new Prime Minister

Following the Labour Party’s historic victory in the UK general election,Keir StarmerHe was officially sworn in as Britain’s new prime minister on Friday, bringing to an end 14 years of Conservative rule.

“Our country has now decisively voted for change, for a national renewal and a return to public services from politics,” Starmer said in his first speech as prime minister outside 10 Downing Street in London.

Paul Whelan calls on Biden to act as if his son is being held hostage

Paul Whelan, a former U.S. Marine who has been held captive in Russia since 2018, is calling on President Biden to act on his case “the same way he would if my son were a hostage.”

“I hope that the president will really make my case a top priority and utilize the resources available to him, just as he would if his own son was being held hostage,” Whelan said.He told CNN I got a call on Thursday…
