After nearly a year of fighting that escalated into full-scale war in September, Israel is reportedly moving toward a ceasefire agreement with Lebanon's Hezbollah.
Israeli media Including YNET and Haaretz newspaper reported that Israel had tentatively agreed to a US-backed ceasefire proposal. According to reports, no final agreement has been reached.

Lebanon and the Hezbollah militia reportedly agreed to the deal last week, but both sides need to give the final OK for it to happen.
The reported ceasefire agreement was signed after Hezbollah launched its largest rocket attack against Israel in exchange for Israeli forces attacking Hezbollah headquarters in Beirut.
