Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said on his latest show that it’s “surprising” that Vice President Kamala Harris has yet to hold a press conference since Democratic leaders selected her as their top pick. verdict.

Cruz jokingly concluded that Harris was hiding in the same way Biden did during the 2020 presidential election.

Cruz slammed the “terrible” vision for America presented by the Harris-Waltz campaign, saying:
I don’t know if the White House has a basement, but if it does, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was chained to the wall. I mean, he wasn’t allowed to go outside. He wasn’t allowed to speak on camera. He wasn’t allowed to speak on a microphone. And I think Kamala was put in the same cell.
“Their vision of America is terrible. It’s radical and extreme,” he said, pointing to her support for open borders, a zero-tolerance policy on crime and appeasement of hostile nations.

Cruz’s criticism came amid growing criticism of Harris’ refusal to do sit-down interviews or press conferences since being crowned by Democratic Party elites.

The day before, Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), former President Donald Trump’s running mate, also accused Harris of hiding out while Trump happily held press conferences and answered a variety of questions.
