A Jacksonville Jaguars fan ripped out a page from the New York Giants' fan playbook Sunday and delivered a message to team owner Shad Khan ahead of their game against the Tennessee Titans.
Duval County fans are unhappy with how the 2024 season is unfolding. Trevor Lawrence lost the season after the team started the season with four straight losses. Jacksonville almost made the playoffs last year, entering the game against Tennessee with a 3-12 record.

The message that flew from the back of a plane over Everbank Stadium was not directed at head coach Doug Pederson, but at general manager Trent Baalke.
“Shad—Release Baalke for Duval!” the banner read.
Baalke was named general manager of the Jaguars in 2021. He spent six years as the San Francisco 49ers' general manager and another year as vice president of player personnel.

He was responsible for hiring and firing Urban Meyer in 2021. However, the team made the playoffs in 2022, Pederson's first year as head coach. They were 9-8 that season and 9-8 in 2023.
Injuries have decimated Jacksonville, and the team will likely land a top-five pick in the 2025 draft.

It is unclear what changes will be made to the Jaguars' organization for next season. According to multiple reports, Baalke may not be in the front office.
