Jalen Hurts Gives Shocking Response When Asked if He Plans to Attend Trump White House Visit

The Eagles were happy to accept President Trump’s invitation to attend the White House next week to celebrate the Super Bowl Championship.

There’s only one problem. Their star quarterbacks may not be coming with them.

During a red carpet appearance at New York City’s 2025 Time 100 Gala on Thursday night, Harts was asked if he plans to go to the White House with his team on April 28th.

His reaction? Well, he really didn’t have it.

Now, the question is, isn’t Hearts’ reaction simply a response? Or did he say it all by not saying anything?

The strange interview is in stark contrast to reports that the Eagles “encourageously accepted” Trump’s invitation. When the Eagles first won the Super Bowl in 2018, the team decided not to travel to the White House following President Trump’s critical comments on NFL players who engaged in the ramp-stopping national anthem protest in the then league.

This time, feelings have changed, at least among the Eagles executives.

“When you grow up and hear, ‘Yeah, the championship team had to go to the White House,’ and that’s what it is,” Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie said. “And so, we didn’t have the opportunity, and we’re doing that now. I think we’re all looking forward to it.”

Eagles head coach Nick Cirianni repeated his emotions.

“Yeah, I’m really excited. What an honour. I’m honored to be able to go to the White House. The teams that won the championship have been doing it for a long time.

It is unclear whether Sirianni and Lurie know the obvious indecisiveness of their quarterbacks about whether he will go or not.
