James Biden to appear for transcribed interview with House Oversight Committee in February

President Joe Biden’s younger brother, James Biden, is scheduled to appear before the House Oversight Committee on February 21 to receive a transcript of his interview.

The younger Biden was subpoenaed in November as part of the investigation into Hunter Biden and President Biden. He has not been charged with any wrongdoing by the FBI.

In December, the Washington Post reported that an FBI investigation was monitoring James Biden’s discussions, although he was not the focus. As part of the investigation, the FBI recorded conversations with Biden due to his relationship with Richard “Dickie” Scruggs, a Mississippi lawyer who was convicted of bribery involving a judge.

“I will refrain from criticizing the president’s brother,” James, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said in a statement. I feel like it’s going to come true for us,” he said. Comer, the Kentucky Republican, said last month.
