Duchess Kate's brother James is sharing news about his royal sister.
Weeks after the Princess of Wales announced she had finished chemotherapy, James Middleton confirmed she was “fine”.

Duchess Kate hasn't revealed many details about her health issues since making her diagnosis public, but she revealed earlier this month that she is “cancer-free.”
“As the summer draws to a close, words cannot express how relieved I am to finally complete my chemotherapy treatment,” the 42-year-old said in a statement shared to social media. “The last nine months have been incredibly difficult for our family. As we all know, life can change in an instant and we have found our way through stormy waters and an unknown path. I had to.”

Kate was tested in January. She was planning abdominal surgery, which sparked speculation about her health. Kate announced in a video in March that she had been diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy.

The princess kept a low profile throughout the year to focus on her recovery. Her only two public appearances were at Trooping the Color on June 15th and at Wimbledon on July 14th.

In June, Duchess Kate admitted in a statement that while there were “good days”, there were also tough days due to chemotherapy. She also said that her own work brought her “deep joy.”
On September 17, Duchess Kate returned to royal duties and met with members of her team at the Early Childhood Center.

Middleton will reportedly take on “several” duties throughout the remainder of this year, according to the Times.
