Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro wants to put the drama behind him.
After Navarro got into a heated argument with the band's frontman, Perry Farrell, during an onstage altercation, the guitarist apologized on social media and quietly released his latest single.
“Jane's Addiction's new song, 'True Love', is out today and I'm proud of how it turned out but equally sad that you will probably never get to hear it live,” he said. Post to Instagram.

“I want to publicly apologize to our crew, the Crawlers and their crew, and Love and Rockets and their crew,” Navarro wrote about the band that was scheduled to open for Jane's Addiction on tour.
In his heartfelt apology, the guitarist went on to thank the crew for being their “companions on the journey.”
“I am heartbroken that this has ended the way it has and that so many jobs have been lost as a result. May we all heal together.”

Navarro posted a short lyric video to Jane's Addiction's song “True Love” along with an apology on social media.
His post came after members of Jane's Addiction were involved in an onstage brawl last weekend.
In a video filmed and shared on social media, frontman Pharrell can be seen throwing a punch at guitarist Navarro.
Pharrell, 65, forcefully lunged toward Navarro, 57, onstage, and the guitarist appeared to place his hand on Pharrell's chest in an attempt to stop him from moving forward.

During the tense confrontation, Pharrell yelled at Navarro and appeared to punch the guitarist.
Security officers quickly broke up the fight, telling Farrell to “stop” and subduing him to prevent him from further attacking Mr Navarro.
Navarro grabbed Pharrell's arm and became enraged when Pharrell tried to attack the guitarist again.

Following the onstage abuse, Jane's Addiction have decided to officially cancel the remainder of their tour.
They announced the news in a statement about X.

“Dear fans, the band has made the difficult decision to take some time off as a group,” the statement read. “As a result, we will be cancelling the remainder of our tour.”
Fans were instructed to apply for refunds at the place of purchase or through the ticket sales site they used.
Navarro also posted a statement on his Instagram about the cancellation.
“Leader Perry Farrell's continuing pattern of behavior and mental health issues have left us with no choice but to cancel our current U.S. tour,” he wrote.

“Concerns for his own health and safety and our own health and safety left him with no other choice. We hope he finds the help he needs,” he said.
A source told Fox News Digital: “Perry feels bad about his actions and realizes he waited too long to prioritize his health. His fatigue and the impact it has had on his physical and mental health has become too much.”
They added: “He had the best intentions when he went on tour with his band but feels he let his fans and family down.”
