He said he intends to pardon many people who were convicted of crimes committed that day, given the fact that, as is often said, history is written by the victors. month 6 How do you think the legacy of the day will go in the history books? Was there an attempt to whitewash everything even though Donald Trump won?”

Romney said, “In this case, I don't know if history is written by the victors. Politics is written by the victors, but history books are usually written by some kind of scholar.'' smearing, attacking or injuring a police officer. , would be considered abuse and a felony and wrong. There would be all kinds of conspiracy theories, but ultimately, uh, a confession and a guilty verdict. I think it was a very dark day in American history. I think it's unfortunate that there are people in the MAGA world who try to hide it, but I don't think that's possible.”

“So this was an attack on the U.S. Capitol, a symbol of democracy around the world, a brutal mob attack that left people injured and an attempt to prevent a peaceful transfer of power. It was a very dark day in American history and will be remembered as such.”
