JD Vance fumbles Ohio State’s national championship trophy

It’s good that JD Vance’s vice president chose to enter politics instead of football.

Ohio visited the White House Monday afternoon and was recognized by Vance and President Trump for their January CFP National Championship victory.

Trump and Vance were preparing to pose for a photo with the Buckeyes player and coach, but Vance tried to pick up the Championship trophy and couldn’t handle it neatly.

The top half of the trophy was detached from the bottom half as a block-shaped pedestal that allowed the trophy to hit the ground.

The Grand Top Half narrowly avoided involvement in the major party’s foul as people around Vance, including the run of Trevion Henderson.

Vance and Co. tried to retry the trophy to no avail. The Vice President took a photo at the top of the trophy.

“I didn’t want to get the trophy after Ohio, so I decided to break it.” Ohio alum Vance joked with X after the accident.

Vance graduated from Ohio in 2009 just two years ago. Trump praised him as he spoke Monday..

“[Vance] Trump said. “He didn’t stay there for four years,” he said. What should you do? ”

Trump’s perception didn’t stop there.

“A lot of Ohio fans along with us are from my administration,” he said. “Of course, the biggest of them was our vice president, and he was fantastic. It’s JD Vance, a loyal Buckeye alumnus.”

After his time in Ohio, Vance attended Yale Law School.

The Buckeyes were the latest team to visit the White House this year since Trump took office after the Florida Panthers and Los Angeles Dodgers.
