Jeffrey Epstein’s dirt on Trump and Clinton would ruin both: brother

Jeffrey Epstein had highly inflammatory information about Donald Trump and the Clintons that, if made public, could change the 2016 presidential election, according to the deceased financier's brother. That's what it means.

“Here's a direct quote: 'If I tell you what I know about both candidates, they're going to have to cancel the election.'” That's what Jeffrey told me in 2016. That's what happened,” Mark Epstein told the Post on Wednesday, recalling a conversation he had with his brother about the showdown between Trump and Hillary Clinton.

But Mark, 69, a real estate developer, balked when asked to elaborate, saying his brother never revealed exactly what he knew about the then-presidential candidate.

Both candidates are known to have worked directly or indirectly within Mr. Epstein's circle.

Trump flew on Epstein's private jet seven times in the 1990s, and on at least two flights with his family between Palm Beach, Fla., and New York, according to flight records.

Hillary is not known to have had a personal relationship with Epstein, but her husband, former President Bill Clinton, was a friend of Epstein going back at least to 1993, during his first term in the White House.

Bill and Epstein have visited each other numerous times over the years, including Epstein visiting the White House at least 17 times. The former president also traveled the world on Epstein's jet, visiting Europe, Asia and Africa in 2002 and 2003.

Mark said his brother first came under scrutiny when he took Clinton on a charity trip to Africa.

“I think it was Chris Tucker and a few others that Jeff first took the Clintons to Africa with, and that was the mistake my brother made by doing that, because up until then he had Because he was in the spotlight. Jeff took Clinton to Africa for the first time.'' No one was looking at him.

“But when he flew Clinton there, it was like, 'Who is this guy who put Clinton on a plane?'

Epstein's jet later became infamous as the “Lolita Express,” as he used it to sex traffick underage girls between his various properties.

Clinton is expected to be identified as “John Doe 36” in a series of court documents related to Epstein scheduled to be released on Wednesday.

Documents from a 2015 lawsuit brought by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against his right-hand woman, Ghislaine Maxwell, mention the 77-year-old man at least 50 times. There is.

Maxwell, a sex ring co-conspirator currently imprisoned in Florida, allegedly claimed that Epstein had videotapes showing Trump and Clinton in compromising positions with women.

“When you get the Trump tapes, you have to do the Clinton thing,” Maxwell said in a 2016 interview, while former “60 Minutes” producer Ira Rosen wrote in her book “Ticking Clock: 60 This is claimed in “Behind the Scenes of Minutes''.

Maxwell said afterward that she did not know where the tape was.

No such tape has ever come to light.

However, Clinton is not believed to be involved in any illegal activity. ABC News reported.

Giuffre claims she met with Clinton on Epstein's private property, Little St. James Island in the Caribbean, where the sex offender committed many of his lewd and horrific crimes. . Mr. Clinton has denied visiting the island, and currently available flight records support his claims.

In July 2019, after Epstein was arrested in New York and charged with a second sex crime involving an underage girl, Clinton's press secretary said, “Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in Florida several years ago. “I know nothing about the horrific crimes to which he has pleaded guilty.” It's about a crime he was recently charged with in New York. ”

A little more than a month later, Epstein hanged himself in his cell.

It is unclear whether Trump will appear in the document, but known communications, including photos of him interacting with Epstein, suggest he may appear.

At least 170 people associated with Epstein, previously known only as John Doss and Jane Doss, are expected to be publicly identified following a ruling by Manhattan Federal Judge Loretta Preska to release the files.

Many of the names are expected to be previously known associates, co-conspirators and employees of Epstein, and many previously anonymous accusers are also expected to be named.

Mark Epstein believes his brother was murdered after his 2019 arrest and did not commit suicide, but he doesn't have high hopes for what the files will yield.

“My brother used to have meetings with prominent mathematicians and scientists on the island. So are they going to be vilified for being on a scientific committee?” he posted. told the paper.

“It's not my job to protect my brother. That's not what I'm here for. All I'm focused on is the circumstances of the killing,” he added.

Trump and Clinton did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Post.
