Jen Psaki scolds Democrats who dare to defy transgender agenda

Jen Psaki scolded Democrats who have balked at advancing transgender issues following the party's stunning loss in the election, calling one transgender issue “not worth discussing.” said.

The former White House press secretary made the comments in a monologue on MSNBC.

“If that's actually an issue in thousands of schools across the country, it would be worth having a discussion.”

“Obviously there's a lot of soul-searching going on within the Democratic Party right now, and that's a good thing. But what I worry about is that in the process of all that soul-searching, some Democrats are making mistakes. “We may come to a fundamental conclusion,” Psaki said. “There are a lot of issues that fall into that category, but one that stuck with me was transgender rights.”

She further claimed that Republicans are misleading voters into believing that the transgender movement affects far more Americans than it actually does. She cited the example of Vice President Kamala Harris' support for taxpayer-funded transition surgeries for prisoners and detainees, which Republicans used as a cudgel in ads.

“If that sounds like a particularly obscure issue, that's because it applies to a small number of people,” Psaki said.

She also criticized fellow Democrat Rep. Seth Moulton (Massachusetts) for openly defying the transgender agenda and saying it's natural for parents to worry about opening women's bathrooms to biological men. said.

“Look, it's good to reflect,” Psaki continued, “but if it was actually an issue in thousands of schools across the country, it would be worth discussing. But… The sample of transgender girls playing in youth sports is incredibly small.”

She added that people's concerns about the transgender threat were “misplaced” and “misinformed”.

Moulton said the backlash he received proved his point that transgender issues shouldn't even be discussed among Democrats.
