While the judge is a go-getter (he’s a Biden donor, has donated to the group “Stop Republicans” and has spent the past six weeks blocking the campaigning and sometimes even speaking of the nation’s most powerful Republican), Trump will appeal and almost certainly win, but that will have to wait until after the election.

Not that it matters to Democrats, but the Biden campaign is salivating at the opportunity to call their opponent a convicted felon. This is never about the law. District Attorney Alvin Bragg ran on a platform of fighting Trump, not crime, and everyone who walks through New York knows he did his job.
