Jewish American Couple Breaks Record For Oldest Newlywed Couple Ever

The Guinness Book of World Records makes them the oldest married couple in recorded history, with a combined age of 202 years and 271 days.

Marjorie Fitterman (102 years old) and Bernie Littman (100 years old) married on May 19th after nine years of dating, recognized by Guinness World Records. reported. The Jewish-American couple met at a nursing home in Philadelphia. Guinness World Records used age totals to arrive at its determination.

The elderly couple began dating the same day one of Ms. Littman's great-granddaughters was born.
