Luccarelli told Fox News' digital on Sunday that the symbol was traced to the dust on cyber trucks, causing no damage to the vehicle.
“Our clients, who are also Jewish, deeply regret touching another man's car and using the symbol of hatred in their messages,” Luccarelli said. “He dealt with many personal issues at the time and his actions were out of character. Regarding criminal cases, he was released from custody on any charges because no damage was committed on the vehicle and no crime was committed.”
