Jill Biden on Monday reiterated her “full commitment” to her husband’s bid to remain the presumptive 2024 Democratic presidential nominee, directly challenging the growing number of opponents of her octogenarian husband.
Her pledge came just hours after President Joe Biden said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that the “elites” who are calling for him to drop out of the presidential race should challenge him at the Democratic National Convention, Breitbart News reported.

There’s been a lot of controversy surrounding this election, but Joe has made it clear he’s committed to it.

Speaking later that day at the American Legion headquarters in Tampa, Florida, she said her husband considered supporting military members and veterans a “sacred duty” and sought to contrast him with former President Donald Trump, according to the Associated Press.
“As commander in chief, President Biden stands ready to work for you every morning,” Jill Biden said. “Donald Trump wakes up every morning thinking about only one person: himself.”

Jill Biden addressed another group of military personnel later Monday in Columbus, Georgia, home to the Army’s sprawling Fort Moore.
Her busy days of campaigning for her husband come after his devastating defeat to Trump in the first presidential debate.
And, as Breitbart News reported, she has continually called on Democrats to support him.
