President Joe Biden was shown on video struggling to get into a taxpayer-funded Secret Service SUV as he arrived in Delaware on Wednesday, the latest appearance from a president many say is unfit to govern for the next four years.
A Quinnipiac University poll in February found that a staggering 67% of voters believe Biden is too old to serve a second term, and another poll in May found that 82% of Americans are concerned about Biden’s physical and mental health.
The Trump War Room X account initially posted a clip of a video that showed Biden cautiously approaching an SUV. Once he reaches the vehicle, Biden places his left foot on the step and appears to lean forward, trying to push himself into the SUV.

The video was released after White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed the video of Biden’s public gaffe was a “cheap fake” and released in “bad faith.”

Biden, whom special counsel Robert Hur described as “an old man with a poor memory,” suffers from atrial fibrillation, peripheral neuropathy in his feet and hyperlipidemia, according to the results of his annual physical examination by physician Kevin O’Connor.
His health problems may explain why he has trouble standing up: Biden has stumbled, fallen or stumbled at least five times during his presidency.

Biden implemented a new strategy of walking to and from Marine One with multiple attendants to “draw less attention” to his physical ailments, Axios’ Hans Nichols and Alex Thompson reported in April. Biden also began boarding Air Force One using a short staircase at the back of the plane rather than a tall one at the front.
Additionally, Biden does not wear traditional dress shoes with his suit, but rather sports shoes that are specially made for walking, a change from typical senior attire.
