Joe Biden Celebrates 100th Birthday of His ‘Guiding Light’ Jimmy Carter

Mr. Biden noted that he supported Mr. Carter's presidential campaign in 1976. This was Carter's first endorsement from an elected official outside his home state of Georgia.
