President Joe Biden (Democrat) has reportedly spent 40.3% of his term on vacation, with Americans struggling with issues like high inflation and open borders.
In a social media post on August 31, a researcher for the Republican National Committee (RNC) Share The video shows Biden sitting in a chair on a beach and appearing to talk on the phone as beachgoers pass by.
“Biden spent his 16th consecutive holiday relaxing at the beach today. He has been on vacation a total of 532 days (40.3% of his time in office). Who is running the country?” the post read.
Social media users were quick to share their thoughts on the report. write“When he's not on vacation, it's run by the same person.”
“This guy is going too far. He's not running the show. He's wasting his time while America suffers,” said another. Commented.
Biden recently enjoyed 16 days in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, the Economic Times reported. Reported “Biden's vacation time is significantly more than his predecessor's,” he noted Sunday.

“Former President Donald Trump spent about 26% of his presidency on personal travel, while Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama spent about 11% of their two terms on vacation. Jimmy Carter took just 79 days off during his one term,” the article read.
In August 2022, Breitbart News reported that Biden had returned to his Delaware home, marking his 49th visit to the state during his presidency.
According to former CBS correspondent Mark Knoller, Biden has spent a record 150 days at his Delaware home in the 18 months since he was elected president, easily surpassing the recent presidential record.
The figure does not include another vacation Biden spent on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, for Thanksgiving, or a summer vacation he spent last week on Kiawah Island, North Carolina.
According to a Breitbart News report published in July, a CBS News/YouGov poll recently found that 72 percent of registered voters believe Biden does not have the “mental” and “cognitive fitness” to serve as president.
