The Fourth of July is fast approaching, which means it’s time for “Life, Fortune, and Sacred Honor.” You shouldn’t fire up the grill and chow down on a hot dog unless you think carefully about the cost of citizenship in the greatest country man has ever devised. In 2024, that’s arguably more true than ever, as our birthright seems to be in jeopardy at every turn.

The thought of Democrats replacing Biden with a more electable candidate is not a conclusion drawn from any real, dispassionate reflection, especially with less than 205 days until the winner of the next election is sworn in. In fact, it would be suicidal and foolish.
Without question, the American people and their interests are at greater risk now than they were before the presidential debate.
A lot of hell could break loose in the next 205 days, especially now that the whole world knows for the first time that the President of the United States is clearly incompetent and therefore unable to actually run the country. So who is to blame? We don’t know; neither our allies nor our enemies. So this upcoming election is very important, but we need to get to it first before all we have to govern is a smoldering pile of ash.
It is completely unacceptable that someone who cannot pass a business management exam, become a foster parent, or even obtain a driver’s license should be in possession of the codes to nuclear weapons.
I know that the signs of Biden’s mental breakdown were there throughout his term, for anyone who’s been paying attention or isn’t just passionate about the Democratic Party. But at least 80 million Americans watched the debate on television or online, and that doesn’t include the viral video that tens of millions more watched afterward. What we saw, now everyone saw. It can no longer be ignored. This is The same lying “media” Just a week ago, the paper was spreading “cheap disinformation” and “right-wing conspiracies” about Biden’s health, but now it is outright arguing that Biden must step aside.
This has also permeated the “sports bra” subculture ( Dace Online (This debate and its aftermath has been debated by people in the sports media, who rarely mention politics. It’s as if the White House pharmacist tasked with keeping Biden sane has hit us instead. We’re woke, but how long will the memes, trolls and commentary that political nerds like us regularly get bogged down in remain in the public consciousness?)
I think the public is aware that Biden’s 2024 presidential campaign is over. The only question is whether he’ll leave office at the Democratic National Convention in August, or on Election Day in November. But a lot of bad things can happen between now and then. It’s not enough to just make this a question of election results, because we have to run the country right now. And Americans should not take that for granted. Not today, not ever.
But they have been that way for a long time, and that has a lot to do with why our country is in such a dire state in so many ways: We are no longer truly a people. Whaaaaaat? They are simply too comfortable and don’t want to be bothered with the responsibilities of being “we the people.”
I think many Americans resent having to get involved in politics. Yes, they resent it. They would rather have a technocratic class of bureaucrats at the helm forever, doing what they feel comfortable and numb to. These are the very people who would be happy for Biden to stay in power until January 2025 while he struggles to string a sentence together and walk down the stairs. Not only is that unacceptable, it’s downright un-American.
“A republic can be preserved,” said Benjamin Franklin. Now, can you preserve yours?
Our enemies are watching us. They, too, know they are living on borrowed time. Donald Trump continues to say that Putin would not have invaded Ukraine if he were president, pointing out that it was only under the Obama and Biden administrations that Putin took the war path, not him. So if the man who dropped the MOAB and signed the Abraham Accords returns, the tyrants of the world know that now is the time to strike with malice and spite while they still have the chance.
Without question, the American people and their interests are at greater risk now than they were before the presidential debate. We are celebrating 205 days away, but one morning we wake up to find that, in the intervening days, Pyongyang launched an attack on Seoul on October 7th. And things are becoming real, fast. It makes you wonder if you can even look forward to the next election.
We must put our country first, and there is no better time to do that than the Fourth of July. Although it is certainly unacceptable, it is our patriotic duty to remove Joe Biden from office now, because fundamentally this is about more than one incapacitated person. This is about who we are as a free people, and it may be a matter of our very survival.
There is no time to waste.
