House committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and James Comer (R-Ky.) on Tuesday issued subpoenas for President Joe Biden’s deposition in the classified documents scandal. The special counsel described the president as “an old man with a poor memory.” ”
The Biden administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) ignored a Congressional deadline to submit a transcript of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s “memorable” interview, Breitbart News reported Thursday.

If the Justice Department is forced to release the interviews, it could help Congress uncover the extent of Biden’s “degraded” memory and determine his fitness to serve as president.
Biden’s White House lawyer argued that the report’s characterization of Biden’s memory was “baseless” and “politically motivated,” in other words inherently inaccurate.

“Americans expect equal justice under the law, and the Justice Department is allowing Mr. Biden to act above the law. “Confidential documents, kept hidden for years, outline connections to countries where his family has profited from the Biden brand,” Comer wrote in a letter to the attorney general.
“We provide transparency and accountability to the American people regarding the extent to which Joe Biden holds classified materials and the concerns raised about his current mental state and fitness to serve as President of the United States. “I have an obligation,” he added.

“His investigative records and materials are critical to our surveillance efforts,” Jordan added.

The reaction of the establishment media to Mr. Xu’s report was surprising. Media outlets defended Biden’s “deteriorating memory,” arguing that the president’s health condition was “serious” and that speculation to the contrary was “age discrimination” and a conspiracy theory from “right-wing media.”
A Harvard-Harris University poll found in December that about a third of Democrats doubted Biden’s mental health. Another poll revealed that a whopping 82 percent of Americans are concerned about his physical and mental health.
