Joe Burrow won the award for Best Gift Giver this holiday season.
The Bengals quarterback gave the offensive line a real samurai sword. Each has a unique backstory, According to The Athletic.
Barrow placed the sword in the room and gave his men the opportunity to choose their own.
“Joe is good at buying very meaningful gifts,” tackle Orlando Brown said. “The fact that he bought me a sword, that's the oldest form of respect.”
Mr. Barrow is certainly no stranger to unique purchases.
The QB spent nearly $3 million on a replica Batmobile, so it's not too surprising that he splurged to find a special gift for the group tasked with protecting him on the field.
The Bengals are in the middle of a 6-8 season, but still have hope of making the postseason.
Cincinnati needs to win its remaining three games and get some outside help to make the playoffs.
But Burrow had a successful season, rushing for an NFL-leading 3,977 yards and 36 touchdowns.

Burrow also made headlines when his home was broken into while the Bengals were playing the Cowboys on Monday Night Football on Dec. 9.
The break-in also apparently exposed his relationship with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Olivia Ponton, who called 911, and the situation took a turn for the worse.
“They have been dating since the beginning of the fall and have kept their relationship casual,” a source told People this week about Vallow and Ponton's relationship.
