Joe Rogan is turning to independent journalists for insights into the left-wing protests occurring in Minnesota.
Recent communications accessed via the Signal Messenger app highlight a well-organized coalition of left-leaning groups aiming to disrupt federal operations in the state.
“The notion that these protests are spontaneous is just ridiculous,” Rogan remarked.
As per the report, there are allegedly organized socialist and communist factions that have mobilized protests following the death of Alex Preti. Notably, it was mentioned that some individuals were on-site before the incidents unfolded.
Surprise, Surprise
On his podcast, Rogan compared the unrest in Minnesota to color revolutions, referring to them as “coordinated efforts to stir up chaos.”
“This is clearly a calculated operation,” he told commentator Andrew Wilson during a recent episode. “The idea that these riots are organic? That’s just not true. Access to the Signal chat has proven that,” he elaborated.
While Rogan expressed that he didn’t believe Mr. Preti should have been shot, he acknowledged the complexities faced by federal agents in such chaotic situations.
“Organized Actions”
The Austin-based comedian clarified that it was Customs and Border Protection, and not Immigration and Customs Enforcement, that shot Preti. He noted that these agents have been facing harassment outside their accommodations as well, with instances of threats and disruptions.
“This is an organized initiative,” he asserted.
Preti was reported to have been armed at the time of his death, possessing a firearm and multiple magazines. Rogan discussed the finer points of concealed carry regulations with Wilson, who has a background in firearms training.
“If you’re a concealed carry holder loaded with multiple magazines, you’re unlikely to engage physically with anyone,” Rogan stated. “You must have your license along with your ID.”
Interestingly, it was noted that Preti did not have any identification on him when he died.
Rogan remarked, “It’s pretty strange to show up at what’s supposed to be a peaceful protest fully armed with that amount of ammo. What’s the need for so many bullets?”
Welcome Distraction
He was cautious about becoming embroiled in legal disputes but suggested that the riots in Minnesota serve as a convenient distraction from a significant fraud issue that occurred in the state.
“There are certainly reasons why folks would want to divert their attention from these scams,” he added.
New footage has emerged showing Preti behaving aggressively toward federal agents just days before his death. In the video, he can be seen cursing at them, spitting, and even kicking a vehicle transporting agents.
Witness accounts had characterized Preti as simply a “calm observer” prior to this new evidence coming to light.
