Joe Rogan slams MSNBC for deceptively editing clip to make it appear he praised Kamala Harris

Joe Rogan slammed MSNBC for “deceptively editing” a video clip that made it appear as if the hugely popular podcaster was praising Vice President Kamala Harris.

As Blaze News reported earlier this month, Rogan predicted that Harris would defeat former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, not necessarily because of Harris's merits, but because of the overwhelming propaganda in favor of Kamala.

“I think it's really criminal for someone to do something like that.”

During the period episode During a July 30 episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast featuring Michael Malice, Rogan slammed the Democratic Party for not accepting Tulsi Gabbard as a presidential candidate because they have an agenda.

Logan praised Gabbard as a “strong woman.”

“She's someone who deployed overseas twice with the medical corps,” he said. Added“She's seen people getting blown up in war. She served in the House of Representatives for eight years.”

MSNBC posted the “Joe Rogan Experience” video to its TikTok social media page and edited it to make it appear Rogan was referring to Harris, not Gabbard, in his remarks.

Gabbard posted the MSNBC clip. X Social Media The account was captioned, “MSNBC is a propaganda arm of the Democratic elite, once again exposing how they are trying to mislead the American people.”

On August 2, Gabbard said the MSNBC video was “completely false.”

She added, “Furthermore, their failure to report their propaganda as a contribution to Ms. Kamala's campaign is another violation of FEC law.”

MSNBC later replaced the offending clip and issued a correction.

“We have removed an earlier version of this post that falsely suggested Joe Rogan was talking about Vice President Kamala Harris. He was referring to Tulsi Gabbard,” MSNBC said in a note added to the post. New version of the video

Rogan commented on the edited MSNBC clip. Recent Episodes On his hugely popular podcast, Rogan also addressed the unfounded rumors. Social Media He said he plans to sue MSNBC for $30 million over the edited video clip.

Logan said his father-in-law called him recently and told him he was “glad” he was suing MSNBC.

Logan Responded“I'm not going to sue MSNBC.”

The prolific podcaster explained, “But here's what MSNBC did: They took footage of me talking about Tulsi Gabbard and edited it to make it look like I was saying nice things about Kamala Harris.”

Guest Andrew Huberman, a podcaster and neuroscientist, responded in amazement: “Wait a minute, what?”

Rogan responded, “They just edited what I said in a way that was deceptive. They took what I said completely out of context. First I was talking about Tulsi Gabbard, and then I was talking about the media supporting Kamala Harris, this surge and all the people who are assuming she's going to win. They put the two together to make it look like I was praising Kamala Harris.”

Logan said he was certain Gabbard was talking about her military accomplishments, including having been deployed overseas twice.

“That's not what Kamala Harris did,” he emphasized. “That's what Tulsi Gabbard did.”

Rogan slammed MSNBC, saying, “They don't care about the truth. They just hope the story gets out to enough people because the majority of people only read surface information.”

“We're living in very strange times for the media, and I think the truth is extremely important,” he continued. “Anyone who does something like that is really a crime. It's really a crime. It's not a small thing. It's a real lie. And it's a lie that changes other people's opinions.”

Mr Logan said such “nasty” lies were “dangerous”.

While Logan has never publicly endorsed Harris or Trump, he was a vocal supporter of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. before ending his presidential campaign earlier this month.
