Podcaster Joe Rogan has had some moments this year that have shaped America's national discourse in unprecedented ways.

Rogan's podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, was already known as one of America's most popular shows discussing the cultural and political issues of the day. But while Americans remain as polarized as ever after the election, one thing they can agree on is that podcasts like Rogan seem to influence voters more than celebrity endorsements or traditional media. That's true.

Logan gives interview and supports Donald Trump

Trump's marathon appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience” in late October has been viewed more than 53 million times on YouTube alone and is considered a turning point in the election. In a much-discussed segment of the interview, the former and future president said he wondered why he was more well-known than others and asked Logan why. “I can definitely say that,” Logan replied with a laugh. “You said something quite rude–“

“Maybe,” Trump replied with a smile.

Joe Rogan says Harris Sitdown was scrapped because the campaign said he only wanted to do it for an hour

“You've said a lot of wild things, and CNN, with its brilliance, has highlighted your wildness, making you even more popular and pushing you up in the polls. I was tired of hearing such abuse.'' — With ready-made politician jargon, even if they don't agree with you, at least say, “Whoever that guy is, that's who he is, that's who he really is.'' I knew that. ”

In another corner, Trump recalled that Elon Musk had given him “the greatest support” and said, “Joe, you should do the same, because you can't vote for Kamala. Because you are not from Kamala,” he suggested.

In fact, Rogan continued to endorse Trump on the eve of the election, sharing a link to an interview with Musk that day, saying, “The great and powerful Elon Musk. If we didn't have him, where would we be?'' It would have been…'' he insisted. I think he makes the most convincing case for Trump, and for the record, it's in Trump's favor. Enjoy the podcast. ”

By comparison, Vice President Kamala Harris' planned meeting with Logan reportedly fell through due to opposition from progressive staffers. James Carville, a longtime Democratic strategist, called it a “huge mistake” and told such staffers, “Your ignorant, stupid opinions about whether or not to support Joe Rogan… “I have no interest in that at all,” he said.

Logan slams Oprah and Michelle Obama's Democratic National Committee speech on wealth as hypocritical: 'Hey, girl, you're so rich.'

The Democratic National Convention in August drew many of the Democratic Party's most prominent leaders and allies, two of whom Mr. Rogan named as hypocrites.

Television personality Oprah Winfrey gave an impassioned speech at the DNC, arguing that preserving democracy requires “standing up to the bullies in life.” She also recalled witnessing and at times experiencing “racism, sexism, income inequality and division.”

Similarly, former first lady Michelle Obama talked about how her mother taught her “the meaning of hard work and humility and decency,” adding, “Neither she nor her father ever wanted to be rich.” In fact, they were suspicious of people.” Those who took more than they needed understood that if those around them drowned, their children would not have enough to grow. ”

President Trump says media is 'essential' to making America 'great again', vows to work with 'free, fair and open' media outlets

Mr Logan responded by skewering two women who had the audacity to make such statements about their wealth, given their vast wealth.

“What about Oprah?” Logan said. “Oprah was talking about her and Trump running together, and now she's telling the Democratic National Committee that he's a threat to democracy, and she's talking about income inequality. It's like, “Hey, girl… you're so rich.'' I'm like, “Why are you even?'' ”

The podcaster continued, “And I think when Michelle Obama was saying this, she was saying that her mother or grandmother was always suspicious of people who take more than they deserve. For example, you don't have to. It's worth a lot of money. That's pretty crazy.” Even though he did it on a civil servant's salary, that's insane. ”

Joe Rogan roasts 'The View' as 'rabies-infested chicken coop'

Shortly after author Coleman Hughes spoke out about his controversial interview on “The View,” Rogan condemned the ABC show as uniquely offensive.

In late March, Hughes spoke with his co-hosts on “The View” to discuss his book, “The End of Racial Politics: An Argument for a Colorblind America.” During the show, co-host Sunny Hostin accused Hughes' “colorblindness claims” of being co-opted by the right wing, saying that many in the black community felt that Hughes was “being used as a pawn.” He claimed that he believed that he was a charlatan. It's on the right. ”

“I don't think there's any evidence that anyone took advantage of me, and I think it's an inhumane tactic that keeps people from addressing the issues that actually matter,” Hughes said after noting his history of voting Democratic. he argued. That's the conversation we're having here. ”

Later, when Rogan told me about his tense exchange with Hostin, the podcaster said that “The View” is a show that “people love to hate” and derided it as “a rabies-infested chicken coop.” I did.

Hughes said, “I didn't necessarily expect her to ambush me in that way and try to attack my character in that way, and I reacted to that in the moment. , and I didn't expect it to end.''As widespread as the virus was, I think it was probably more viral than anything I've ever done. ''The author also speculates that “At the same time, what was most interesting was that their audience seemed to be on my side.''

Rogan suggested that many in the audience on set are paid to be there, which is common in the industry, but “think, 'Oh, these women are making a point.' “The real fans of 'The View' like that, most of the audience do that.” These people are unable to leave their homes and are probably stuck. The host also claimed that although Hostin seems intelligent, she is “obsessed with ideology” and that some of the other hosts are “very insensitive.”

Mr. Logan shreds the New York Times for an article asking whether the U.S. Constitution threatens democracy.

Mr. Logan was appalled that a New York Times reporter had written an article suggesting that America's founding documents were dangerous to democracy.

“One of the greatest threats to American politics may be our nation's founding documents,” asked a late summer op-ed written by Times reviewer Jennifer Zaray. She continued, “Mr. Trump owes his political rise to the Constitution, making him the beneficiary of a document that is inherently anti-democratic and increasingly dysfunctional in today's era.” “There is,” he suggested.

Logan expressed confusion that the piece was not satirical.

“This is not the Babylon Bee. This is an actual New York Times article, you know? This is so crazy,” Rogan said on the show. “I just can't believe that someone would print this and the New York Times would say, 'Yes, we like it, please include it!'”

“What are you talking about?” Logan asked rhetorically, pondering the piece. “One of the greatest threats to American politics may be one of the greatest founding documents ever created, if not the greatest in history? Could it be a threat to American politics? Are you talking about politics like this? Could you gaslight me enough to work with you on this?”

Rogan Jokingly Claims Biden Voted for Trump: Biden 'I've Never Been So Happy in My Life' After Harris Loses

Mr. Rogan jokingly suggested that Mr. Biden was actually happy that Mr. Trump won the Democratic vice presidential nomination after he was ousted as the Democratic nominee.

One of the main reasons why Trump's visit to the White House became such a hot topic was because of the warm welcome he received from Biden. Commentators from podcasters to journalists publicly expressed surprise at Biden's “welcome home” greeting, which came after Biden delivered a fiery speech denouncing him and his supporters as a threat to American democracy. His history was completely different from his previous history.

“You know what one of my favorite things about this campaign was? Yesterday, when Biden and Trump sat down in the White House,” Logan said. “Biden voted for Trump. I guarantee it. I guarantee it. I never saw that man so happy in his life. He lost. His party He lost. He was happy.”

Logan laughs at a photo of Biden smiling with Trump.

He also compared the reception to the way then-President Obama greeted Trump after his first victory in 2016, and claimed that then-President Obama seemed furious.

When shown a photo of Biden smiling next to Trump, Logan immediately started laughing, saying, “Hey, look at Biden! Look at his shitty smile, man! His shitty smile. Look at that smile, like when a child gets married.''

Mr. Logan went on to say that Mr. Biden was pleased with Ms. Harris' defeat, recalling when the president put Mr. Trump's hat on his head during a campaign campaign.

“I guarantee you, I guarantee you, mom was happy. She had a big smile on her face. She said, 'Welcome home,'” he joked.
